MATERIAL:

1. Each ornament is made of 1/4 inch Baltic Birch Plywood  or 2 layers of 1/8" Baltic Birch Plywood depending on the style selected.
2. Natural wood Disclaimer: Please keep in mind that wood is a natural product and will sometimes have knots and different grain waves on each and every product and we cannot control where the natural wood grains and knots will be in relation to your design layout. That being said no two products will be alike. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the design of your sign based on the length of the characters in your name.

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Choose ornament type
2. Chose single or double layer
3. Click on the “Add Personalization”
4. Provide background color if selected.
5. Name to be included.
6. Ring personalization if desired.

PROOFS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST:

• Proofs are not offered or required prior to or after purchasing your custom sign. If you request a proof it is offered as a black and white digital rendering of your personalization of names/dates in the design you have purchased.

SHIPPING DETAILS for Continental United States:

• We use either USPS shipping or UPS ground depending on size. Free standard shipping is included with your order. If you require overnight shipping please contact us for pricing. Each order shipped will come with tracking and insurance.

SPECIAL ATTENTION FOR SHIPPING:

• If your shipping address falls outside the continental United States…Hawaii, Alaska, other outlying US Territory, or are a customer with a PO Box or a APO customers, shipping is unfortunately NOT free. Please contact us before purchasing your sign to get a shipping quote. If you purchase the sign and you have missed this special note you will be sent an invoice for the shipping cost to ship your items to your address.
